XXI.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;?xml:namespace prefix = o /&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol style="MARGIN-TOP: 0cm; FONT-WEIGHT: bold" type="1"&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;O que é o stress?&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 18pt"&gt;O stress é uma reacção natural do organismo diante de um estimulo ou situação especial de tensão ou de intensa emoção, que pode ocorrer em qualquer pessoa, independentemente da idade, raça, sexo e situação socioeconómica.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 18pt"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 18pt"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol style="MARGIN-TOP: 0cm; FONT-WEIGHT: bold" type="1" start="2"&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;Reconhecer o que é o stress, sintomas do stress:&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0cm; TEXT-INDENT: 0cm"&gt;2.1 - dores de cabeça, esquecimentos, batimentos cardíacos acelerados, mau humor, choros sem motivo, recolhimento, músculos doridos ou mãos frias e húmidas podem ser alguns sintomas.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0cm; TEXT-INDENT: 0cm"&gt;2.2 - Sintomas de stress incluem manifestações mentais, físicas e sociais, perda ou aumento do apetite, exaustão, tristeza, insónia e sonolência, diminuição da capacidade da concentração e atenção.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0cm; TEXT-INDENT: 0cm"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:+0;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 18pt"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol style="MARGIN-TOP: 0cm; FONT-WEIGHT: bold" type="1" start="3"&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;As causas comuns do stress.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 18pt"&gt;Cada pessoa reage de forma diferente a possíveis factores da vida. Não existe pois factores absolutos, mas algumas causas comuns do stress são por exemplo:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0cm; TEXT-INDENT: 0cm"&gt;3.1 - O estilo de vida elevado;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0cm; TEXT-INDENT: 0cm"&gt;3.2 - Situações traumatizantes;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0cm; TEXT-INDENT: 0cm"&gt;3.3 - Divórcio;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0cm; TEXT-INDENT: 0cm"&gt;3.4 - Conflitos em casa ou no trabalho;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0cm; TEXT-INDENT: 0cm"&gt;3.5 - Sensação de insegurança;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0cm; TEXT-INDENT: 0cm"&gt;3.6 - Perda da estabilidade económica, como ser despedido;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0cm; TEXT-INDENT: 0cm"&gt;3.7 - Morte de pessoas próximas e outras mais causas.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0cm; TEXT-INDENT: 0cm"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol style="MARGIN-TOP: 0cm; FONT-WEIGHT: bold" type="1" start="4"&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;Podemos compreender o stress tendo duas origens:&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0cm; TEXT-INDENT: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;4.1 - Interna:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 18pt"&gt;Os agentes stressores originam-se na própria pessoa, pensamentos, modo de ver o mundo, nível de assertividade, ansiedade e a reacção à vida.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0cm; TEXT-INDENT: 0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;4.2 - Externa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 18pt"&gt;Os agentes stressores originam-se no ambiente promotor de traumas, acontecimentos.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 18pt"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol style="MARGIN-TOP: 0cm; FONT-WEIGHT: bold" type="1" start="5"&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;Podemos compreender o stress de duas maneiras:&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 36pt"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;5.1 – o stress positivo&lt;/span&gt;, que nos leva à criatividade.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 36pt"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;5.2 – o stress negativo&lt;/span&gt;, que nos leva a uma postura pessimista e derrotista, frente aos nossos problemas e desafios.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 36pt"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 36pt"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol style="MARGIN-TOP: 0cm; FONT-WEIGHT: bold" type="1" start="6"&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;Podemos caracterizar o stress em três grandes momentos:&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 36pt"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;6.1 – Alerta:&lt;/span&gt; o corpo e todo o metabolismo sofre acelerações, está ocorrendo a percepção de perigo.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 36pt"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;6.2 – Resistência: &lt;/span&gt;desgaste de energia que utiliza, sente cansaço e queda da resistência orgânica, dificuldades de concentração e memória, podemos desenvolver problemas simples como dor de cabeça, entre outros.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 36pt"&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;6.3 – Exaustão:&lt;/span&gt;
